Return and refund policy

This return and refund policy sets out the conditions under which customers of the Sport & Electro Shop ® website may return a product and obtain a refund, in accordance with the applicable European regulations.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to sales@sportetelectro.shop.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must imperatively:

• Be returned within 14 days following notification of withdrawal
• Be new, unused and in perfect condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by all accessories and instructions

Any product that is incomplete, damaged or shows signs of use may be refused or be subject to a partial refund.

3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular:

• To customised products or products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications
• To unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• To products damaged by the customer after delivery

4. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a delivery error or a defective product attributable to Sport & Electro Shop ®.

5. Refund procedure

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, Sport & Electro Shop ® will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

In the event of receipt of a defective product or a product not conforming to the order, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at sales@sportetelectro.shop.

After validation of the defect or non-conformity, a replacement or a refund will be offered at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Partial refund

In certain cases (damaged, incomplete or used product), Sport & Electro Shop ® reserves the right to apply a partial refund proportionate to the depreciation of the product.
