Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern all sales of products carried out on the website Sport & Electro Shop ®, operated by Sport & Electro Shop ®, which may be contacted at sales@sportetelectro.shop and by telephone at +33 7 53 86 97 04.Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of technology and lifestyle products, including in particular Meta Ray-Ban Display Glasses smart glasses, electric bicycles and accessories, offered by Sport & Electro Shop ®.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, particularly with regard to colours or finishes, without engaging the liability of Sport & Electro Shop ®. Photographs and visual representations are non-contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (including VAT), excluding delivery costs. Sport & Electro Shop ® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

The customer places an order directly on the Sport & Electro Shop ® website. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, products and these GTCS. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer. Sport & Electro Shop ® reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The available methods of payment are secure and clearly indicated on the website. Banking details are never stored by Sport & Electro Shop ®.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Any delay in delivery shall not give rise to compensation. In the event of a damaged or non-compliant parcel, the customer must contact customer service at sales@sportetelectro.shop within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund

In the event of valid withdrawal, the refund shall be made within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of the returned product. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

9. Statutory warranties

The products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with European law. Any warranty claim must be sent to sales@sportetelectro.shop.

10. Liability

Sport & Electro Shop ® shall not be held liable for indirect damage that may arise from the use of the products sold. The liability of Sport & Electro Shop ® is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for the processing of orders. It is processed in accordance with the applicable European regulations. For any request relating to personal data, the customer may contact sales@sportetelectro.shop.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These GTCS are governed by European law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal action.
